Lawyer's fees can be calculated in different ways. Actium usually uses two methods of taxation:
The hourly rate and the  package . 

These methods comply with ethical rules, in particular the OBFG regulation of 27 November 2004 relating to the information to be provided by lawyers to their clients in terms of fees, costs and disbursements. More details here> Fees.

The hourly rate charged by the lawyers of the association depends on the complexity of the case entrusted to them, their degree of experience and specialization.

We agree on the method that will be applied from the first meeting and also explain how our costs and expenses are taken into account.

In most cases, the total of our costs and fees cannot be calculated accurately from the start of our intervention, given
the vagaries of the cases (procedural incidents, several degrees of jurisdiction, intervention of various parties, etc.).
